Although the newer blades have become a little less brittle they still are prone to breakage. Taking your time cutting may extend you cutting mileage but inevitably the heat on the teeth combined with the twist the tool places on blade to run it through the bearings will cause stress cracks and initiate breaks. Very foot cutting speeds with excellent finish is the plus of these blades.

I'm an electrician who cuts a lot of pipe and other brands don't last as long. Band blades never get dull, they break apart before they wear out.

Blades do not last long enough for the price. Blades tend to break at the weld after cutting 3/4 emt 30 to 40 times
