This is a lovely cup. I just wanted to buy myself a large mug and what I got was a mug with an infuser for looseleaf tea, which I like too. I did not read it very carefully. I was mostly concerned with it being microwave safe. I think it's a great great mug and I'm going to get some looseleaf tea which I haven't had in a long time so I can enjoy tea in this cup.

Like the size and made of good quality that is easy to clean. Cup doesn’t over heat but easy to hold.

I bought this for the following reasons…I wanted a stainless Steel insert that was fine bought to filter loose tea from infiltrating into the liquid, keep the tea fairly warm, gave a ceramic removable lid and hold 16 oz. of tea.It does all of that and is made without plastics, etc.

Smaller than other steeping cups I’ve purchased. Also has a rough finish so it stains easily from tea.
