Really deep strainer for loose teas, but very fine holes. Cup retains heat well for a non insulated cup. Easy to use & clean.

Great size, not too heavy, keeps tea and cocoa hot for a long time even without the lid! I generally infuse my tea in the pot so don’t use the one that comes with this, but it’s nice to have on hand. Love the lid to keep drinks even hotter, then I dry off the condensation and use it as a coaster — just be careful of your furniture if that piece is still warm. One of the first two has a little rough spot on the handle, but since I’ve always collected handmade artist pieces, I’m not looking for factory perfection and don’t mind at all - in fact, we love these two so much I just ordered two more so guests can enjoy them, too! We hand wash or put in the dishwasher with no issues at all. And these come packed well in a nice box, so would make a nice gift as well!

I really was surprised at the subtle color and the quality of the making of this beautiful cup and then to have strainer for loose tea is wonderful..it's nice and sturdy..very well made..I would definitely buy one to gift ..

I find the outlook of the cups very attractive. That's why I ordered one. But after I discovered their their strainer is very good. Tea leaves have enough space to brew and the strainers are easy to clean
