The stainless steel infuser is amazing, and steeps the tea perfectly. The mug is a fantastic size, not too big and not too small. The lid ensures a perfect steep, and keeps the content warm for longer periods of time. I love this mug! Beautiful design. Seems well made and durable!

I ordered four mugs of different colors so family will each have their own and not have to fight about who left a dirty mug on the counter. We.Will.Know. The mug performs as expected: it brews tea, keeps it warm when the lid is on for steeping, lid functions as a drip tray so I can rebrew a second cup, the mug is watertight so the tea doesn't leak out anywhere. I find the handle is awkward in its flatness, but I can use it. The lid could have been sanded a little, but not a big deal. The filter has super tiny holes so that is great! This review is for the light turquoise color which looks very much like the picture and is quite fetching. Other colors will get their own critique. Overall, I like them and they are getting daily play.

Large mug - ideal for the first cup of tea of the day. Nice and stable. The orange is more of a terracotta colour which is perfect. I paid £24.95. Why has the price immediately gone up to £32, 30% increase?
