These grease filters fit my Broan vent fan perfect. These have a finer mesh than OEM ones.Just an FYI the tabs are clear so you'll have to look for them.

Those filters could not have been any worse! One of the filters was Ok but the other one looked nothing like it.The material was cheap, and the bad one had a really bad finish.I ended up cleaning the original filters and putting them back in the Haier hood.
