Bought this brooch as a gift for someone. She LOVED it, it looked beautiful on her, and it's pretty sturdy as it held up to her one year old son rubbing on it, pulling on it, and getting his hair snagged on it, and it's still in perfect condition.

The stones and gold color look great. I think the pin is too large to pin on a sock. This is my second pin as I tried to get rid of the semi-sharp end at the articulating closure. As it’s a gift, I’ll just have to show my relative this “pokey end†to make sure it’s doesn’t poke her or her clothing.
