My mom loves this, they are easy to follow and come with everything you will need to get the finish product. She has made one of these for each of us. Perfect decoration for Christmas. She loved this design because it is intricate.

This is my 11th Bucilla stocking. I have made them for children, spouses of children, and grandchildren. I always customize each stocking for each person by adding something special. These stocking are a great value with great instructions.

I made this as a gift for my nephew. Easy to make, although the tree ornaments were pretty small and takes a little effort to sew and stuff.

Great kit! I hadn't done a lot of sewing/embroidery before and even though it took a lot more time than I though it would (there reeally are a TOOOOON of pieces to sew on) it came out beautifully with a bit of patience. Instructions are pretty clear, though you do have to use your common sense a bit.

Very pretty, love how it came out. But why would they make the back white?? It should be red, same as the front. Had to go find some red felt similar enough to use. White in the back is just weird and cheapens the finished product. Not going to spend all those hours making it and put a white back on it!

All parts were included and well marked. I have made several Bucilla Christmas stockings and are worth every penny. Do know though that it takes about 100 hours to complete one -- but then again I'm a perfectionist when it comes to having every stitch and sequin in its exact place so that the finished product looks, well -- looks like a professional made it. After all those hours and considering each will be considered an heirloom, it is well worth the effort. Due to the quality of Bucilla kits, it is now the only one I ever use. (Note: I modified the kit not due to the kit itself but to be more in keeping with the person I was giving it to.)

Love this stocking, this is my 4th, each grandkid gets one and just finished this so ordered another. All of them different of course. I found some of the materials were not as high quality as the first one I made in 2016 and I ran short on a couple thread colors. I save all the threads, sequins and beads from all the previous projects so wasn't too much of an imposition. I wish the beads were a little larger with a bigger hole... I am having trouble finding a needle that is that thin and when I do it's horrible to try to thread it, not to mention my eyes aren't as young as they used to be. One final note, it usually takes me about a year to finish one. I tend to like the more intricate complicated stockings. I don't work on it every day though. Going to try and keep track of my time on the next stocking

The tree part is not bright green, but a bit deep and fine dark green, which makes the stocking even better! I love this stocking!

Dieses Projekt ist wirklich nur für Leute, die schon richtig viel Näh-Erfahrung haben. Die Anleitung hat mich bereits völlig überwältigt. So schön das Endprodukt auch sein soll, die Kosten waren immens und am Ende liegt das Material noch immer rum. Ich verschenke es nun weiter, an Leute mit mehr Vorerfahrung. Ich bin enttäuscht. Hätte man die Anleitung nicht einfacher gestalten können?

It has taken me 2 months on and off to complete but I am very pleased with the outcome. I am competent sewer and this was the first bucilla kit I have attempted. The instructions are clear and logical. There are pictures to help with special stitches and using the key and photo I was able to work out fairly easily what to do. I ran out of a couple of components so had to buy extra: green floss, gold beads, gold sequins and gold thread. I only bought green floss and gold beads and made do substituting the others when I needed to. I like to think this has made mine slightly unique at least! I added a lining so the inside doesn't snag during use and thought the red felt was quite thin. Overall though, I am very happy with the quality and design.

J'ai souhaité réaliser cette chaussette de Noël pour ma petite-fille. La chaussette a été livrée rapidement. Il faut prévoir le temps de réalisation qui peut être long. Les étapes et les explications en 3 langues sont très détaillées et faciles à suivre. Le résultat fut à la hauteur de mes espérances. Un seul petit regret, le calibrage des fils et perles à utiliser. Trop de fil pour une couleur, pas assez pour une autre, pas assez de perles pour les guirlandes. J'ai dû réassortir dans mon magasin de proximité.
