I had a sore neck for weeks, then got this pillow, per recommendation of my occupational therapist, and had my first full nights sleep in a long time.I sleep on my side, and the pillow filling, which is firm and allows tuning of the height, made it easy to dial in and hold the most comfortable position. The contoured shape of the pillow (lowest in the middle and higher on the ends, also made it easier to get comfortable.They also provide a bit of extra filling in case you want a little more thickness. I did not find it necessary to use it.

This pillow is beautifully made, supportive, and it even comes with extra buckwheat in a separate zipper bag so you can add more to your pillow if you want it firmer. I don’t think it’s necessary but it’s nice that they cared enough to send that! This is a great neck pillow!

This neck pillow is very comfortable, and I like that you can add or remove filling to adjust it to your preference. For me it’s the perfect length, extending just the right amount past my ears. I like the flat design more than the usual U-shaped pillows. There was no chemical scent, which I’ve seen some complaints of. Very nice fabric, good texture and weight. I’m very satisfied, and am thinking of buying a second one of these to be sure I have one around at all times.

Not sure yet if this is going to work well for sleeping to keep my neck straight, but it is certainly wonderful for leaning back watching television or reading.

I purchased another of these for use on my recliner, watching TV. Read a bit more about the use of buckwheat hulls for pillows, and found out it's a Japanese hack from 7000 years ago; I'd been having neck issues, so I bought another for my bed pillow, and I can tell you I've never slept so well. I mean, my head and neck are on this pillow and I am OUT like a light, and sleep through the night. Absolutely astonishing that I took me 50 years to find this amazing old tech.Now, as to the noise - there is no NOISE. Once you put your head down, make any adjustments you need, you don't move. You are sleeping! No noise.I did take two cups of hulls out of the pillow used for my head, and it's just ... perfect.My dog's a little upset that she hasn't anyplace to curl up when I leave. Ha ha ha ha.It will be an adjustment for you if you're used to having a huge feather pillow like I was, or if you put a lot of pillows on your bed. But - trust me - after a good night's sleep you'll never go back to the old huge pillow. I've been sleeping on this for three weeks now, and it's continued to be the best sleep I've ever had. No neck pain, nothing. My husband tells me my snoring is less as well!!!

Perfect size and "squishy-ness: for neck support. Fabric on the blue pillow is very nice-looking. Included are extra buckwheat hulls for replenishing. Bought 2 for our tiny air bnb guest bed and will order another for myself.

Wanted to like this pillow. Package came with extra buckwheat filling, however I found it was already really firm so I didn't need to use the extra.Pillow is a nice size for fitting under your neck, however it is very crunchy and noisy. If you are not taking it to actually sleep on it in bed, it probably would be ok.There really isn't any give in the pillow (not supposed to be) but you can take out some of the extra filling if you find it too firm.Sadly - the noisy filling and the crunchy of it is very bothersome to me. Hope others find it not as intrusive if trying to sleep with it.
