I want to say that the device is not bad, after I plugged it into the outlet and poured cold water, after 7 minutes the water became warm, after another 8 minutes the water became much warmer, after another 15 minutes the water became hot, but did not boil.A good purchase for your money, the only thing I didn't like was that the product was packaged in its original packaging, without protection from damage.

Amazing! I didn't have high hopes but this is just perfect. It takes like 15-20 mins to heat the food but once it does, it is burning hot. I don't have a microwave at work, so this is just perfect!

This has been an absolute game-changer for my boyfriend! He works 6 am-2 pm, so he usually doesn't feel like packing a lunch in the morning. This has made it so easy for him to have leftovers or actually warm meals while at work. He said it only takes about 15 minutes to heat all the way up! I ended up getting one for my stepdad on Christmas as well, and he said its the only present he's truly loved (he hate Christmas)!!

If you are reading the reviews for this I'm telling you to go buy this right away. My husband is a truck driver and this bad boy is amazing. You don't have to worry about if it going to get your food hot enough. It doesn't take long but if you want a simmering boil going on then heat this bad boy up for 45 minutes and you'll burn your mouth. Go. Buy. This. You will not be disappointed.

This product does not heat up food! When plugging on the wall, only the bottom layer food was warm and the top is still cold! And this took 30min more to start work! My friend got other product that has a button and theirs are cheaper and theirs works better than this one. When I request a return and refund since more than 10days ago, no one contact me what so ever! Very disappointing and don’t buy from them!
