Has a bit of a cheap feel to it, but that’s to be expected for the price. I like that it measures the correct amount of coffee for the number of cups and the type of machine you’re using. It just stops grinding when the correct amount has been done. It grinds nicely and is a noticeable improvement over non-burr grinders, in terms of taste. One problem is that the little bin that collects the ground coffee gets stuck in the machine and can be very hard to pull out. This started happening just a few days after I put the machine in use. We’ll see how it lasts but so far it is a good purchase.

The price and performance are great, but I can’t pull the ground coffee holder out. My hands just aren’t strong enough, apparently, so I have to find someone else in the house to do it for me. Every. Single. Time. It’s hard for them, too,but at least they can do it.

Was looking for a burr grinder for French press, but 2 things suck about this grinder.1. Most course grind is still very fine.2. Hopper is tiny, like 4 cups worth, again, at most course setting.Conclusion, it works. I suspect it's more for the espresso crowd, so I guess I bought wrong.Was just sick of the store's grinder filthiness, although he end grind result is much better.Wish I would've returned this when I had the chance. Oh well, lesson learned.EDIT:Seller reached out to me, offering a full refund. Pretty amazing, considering I am passed return date. Top notch seller with integrity. Will use this seller again, for sure! Will update star count when refund is complete.

I recently purchased the London Burr Coffee Grinder and I have been very pleased with it.It has performed flawlessly.It is a terrific value.If you're in the market for an inexpensive burr coffee grinder that works very well, this one is excellent!

This is a very comprehensive coffee grinder. You can set the number of cups as well as the coarseness of the grind. The number of cups is set with the dial on the top and the coarseness of the grind is set but turning the whole bean receptacle. I really like the bin where the ground coffee is stored as it has a lid. I am really happy with this grinder. I often will fill the whole bean bin and make my selection for the texture of the grind and then let it run. It is quiet for a coffee grinder and it automatically stops when it is done. I do find that there are a few beans left in the top. This coffee grinder offers great versatility in the grind and really is a plus for the coffee connoisseur who likes to use a espresso, or make a pour over or even French press. This is a high quality product that offers great value.

Out of the box it seems like a decent, well-made burr grinder. Upon grinding some Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee beans, it seemed to release the fragrance of the coffee differently. The aroma was immediate and very pleasant compared to my blade-style spice grinder. Grind quality was excellent and very consistent. Volume of noise is comparable to the spice grinder. Ease of disassembly was lacking but I haven't read the instructions in detail. Will give it a four if instructions are clear and easy to follow. I replaced my spice grinder with this as I'm using JBM coffee which is expensive. I'm also roasting my own coffee, so I want to experience all the subtle nuances. This seems to have been a good purchase. Hopefully it will last.
