Did a ton of research before pulling the trigger on my new fifth wheel hitch from B&W. This is the one I kept coming back to for build quality, safety, dependability, ease of use, ease of loading & removing from the truck, and best of all its 100% made in the USA! My order arrived via FedEx in 3 days from Kansas - wow! Came in two boxes and well packed - not a mark on it.I chose to mount the arms in the rearward position, which is 1" in front of the rear axle on my 2019 F-350 dually because I wanted the extra 2 inches of room for my tailgate when its down during hitch up. The hardware to attach the arms are super beefy. You'll need a torque wrench to torque the 8 bolts to 110 foot pounds. It dropped right into the factory pucks, and the head popped right onto the arm bushings, which I lubed with the included white lithium grease.I went with the 25K model even though it is overkill for my 10K fifth wheel. I wanted to be all set if I go bigger in the future with a toy hauler, plus I like having the extra strength and peace of mind. I love how this hitch fits with 3 inches to spare under my hard roll-up tonneau cover - see my pic.One of the biggest selling points for me was the fact that the release arm is a cam style that just pivots instead of pulls. This means that the common problem of a stuck handle when on uneven ground is no more! Even if the jaws don't open when the handle is pivoted back due to uneven ground, you can just pull away and they will open. See ya on the road!

We're able to haul our 16,000 lb 5th-wheel with no issues and the ride is smooth and stable. Fit easily in the Ford puck system. After installing, we had to change height so 5th-wheel was raised a bit. That was relatively easy. Good instructions.

I put this hitch into a 2015 F450. I'm a senior citizen and it took me less than 30 minutes to assemble and install the hitch. Once installed, it takes less than 5 minutes to take it out or put it back. I like that it separates into 2 parts - so it's easy to manage. Note, the 2 parts do weigh about 75 lb each.I bought this hitch to handle a 22k lb 5th wheel, but ended up going in a different direction. The 16k lb 5th wheel we bought was no issue for this hitch. Our maiden voyage was 6 hours over a combination of city streets, hi-ways and interstate. I could barely tell the trailer was behind me. This hitch absorbs a lot of the motion differences between the truck and the trailer.I highly recommend this hitch!

Got what I wanted. Well built. Instructions pretty straight forward. Got the compatible with Ford Puck System and installed just fine. Only used it once so far, but it did what it was supposed to go. Still new to the 5th wheel towing experience, but wanted a hitch that could handle the biggest of campers that I would need.

This hitch is phenomenal! It was easy to assemble and place in my truck. I’m very happy with this purchase especially being American made! The only issue was the box that the hitch came in was destroyed in shipping and was badly taped together. I was lucky all the pieces were intact. Need a better job of making sure boxes are received in good shape.

Love this hitch. So far, I've towed our 20k lb toy hauler over 5000 miles with this hitch. Easy to hookup & unhook.

Installed on an F450 by myself. All parts and instructions were in the boxes. Only one minor problem with the leveling clip. It is very tight and difficult to hammer on as it is small. The instructions should suggest the way to hold the clip stable while hammering into place without damaging fingers. At 68 years old it took me three hours with frequent breaks - hey I'm retired!

First thing noted was that this product comes in two packages and neither of them are light by any stretch of the imagination. If you plan on removing this from your truck bed each time you setup/tear down you might want to reconsider because the individual pieces (2 of them) are quite heavy. When fully assembled you wouldn't be able to get it out of the truck (the average person of course). Assembly was a breeze. A few notes, you will need a torque wrench and in one of the packets they do provide a small pouch of greese. Just need to make sure you don't skip greasing the pivot points. We bought the king pin graphite plat so we can reduce the amount of grease exposed externally. The spring that attaches to one of the arms is a bit tricky to get on in the right placement, but a hammer and some time is all it takes. Have not towed with it yet, but I can't imagine I will have any issues.
