I saw the mostly good reviews on this stool and gave it a try. I broke my left leg and ankle a while back and have had to play alot sitting down. After about 25-30 hours use, I'd say the stool works well, supporting the weight of my leg and guitar with no problem, so far. It has rubber feet that are fit for bare floors and doesn't slip at all. The construction seems a bit shoddy but so far pretty stable. Hence, the 4/5 star review. But overall a very good addition to my guitar gear.

This foot stool is awesome. I have only one complaint. When you are finished using it, it should be locked into place when picked up, but instead it slides right back down to the last groove. Beware of this with your fingers. Otherwise, it truly is sturdy and comfortable.
