Am displeased that device doesn't identify name of caller, but only the phone number. We needed a device that provided both sources.

I wouldn't waste my time on this one. It's suppose to have preset spam numbers along with the ones that you would like to add. Good luck with that part because the buttons don't really work. Definitely returning.

Thank you Jesus and phone GODS for this little black box lol I was getting 13-17 calls a DAY, and it has STOPPED COMPLETELY!!! This is the best thing to buy in order to stop all the scam calls!!! It was very easy to hook up as well. You must have caller ID from your phone provider. I promise you will be the happiest person in the world when you buy this lol. I highly recommend it!!! I'm in heaven with no more scam calls lol
