This is much lighter than my previous model making it a bit “tippy†on the stove.However, the handle does not get very hot and no silicon grip is needed.It isuseful for omelets and light sautéing.

I was kinda on the fence about buying this pan based on the reviews and other pans I was looking at. However this has been a great purchase so far (I've used it for about 6 weeks). It's used daily for eggs only no higher than medium heat and it gets the job done. Easy to clean and the non-stick is as expected. It has a solid feel and looks like it'll last a while.

I use this pan daily to prepare omelets and for general cooking chores. Even heating and easy cleanup are a big plus.

This thing is garbage.My 16 year old Calphalon pan (12â€) is in perfect condition. This one is falling apart in less than a year. I’m never buying Calphalon again, that brand has clearly cut corners to squeeze every dime of profit out of their products.

I had an old one which purchased 25 years ago but it got damaged, so I ordered a new one, this one but unfortunately they sent me it without its cover. I ordered it as two piece, it and its cover but they never sent me the cover. I’m so happy to have it but I’m very disappointed that they didn’t send me the cover. My old one has a cover which I’m using it to cover this new one but it doesn’t suit it because it is old!

happy with the performance of this pan, it has been a versatile addition to our kitchen. The pan is light, which took a bit of getting used to as we are used to heavier pans, but now that accustomed it is a non-issue.
