I wanted to love these. They are so darn cute and were for my daughters b-day and a little celebration before she leaves for Paris. I purchased 2 boxes hoping that if any were broken I could substitute from the second box. I BARELY could get one complete box from the 2 boxes that were the same. Very disappointing, so buyer beware. They are NOT well packed and very fragile.

They look so cute, but at least half were broken due to shipping. Probably needed to be packed tighter in box.

This product is pricey, but I splurged because it could be a cute gift. However, the product arrived with all the teapots stuck together in one corner like humidity had affected them. Most of the spouts are broken. The window is cloudy. I can’t use this as a gift. If they are asking this kind of price, they should ensure better packaging.!!!!!!UPDATE—When I tried to return this item, I am repeatedly sent to a troubleshooting page for electric tea kettles. NO apparent way to initiate a return and refund. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT.

These were so cute and I was really hoping for better with as much as they cost. Over half of the teapot cubes were broken in the package when I opened it. Very disappointed.

Nothing wrong with the flavor, but the whole point of paying this much for really cute sugar shapes, was for it to look cute when presented as a gift or used at a fancy afternoon tea. I had planned to give these as a gift to a friend who loves tea, but wasn’t able to do so because so many of them were broken upon arrival. (The handles and spouts of the teapot shapes had broken off.) Will use them at an afternoon tea party, when people will be understanding of the breakage. I realize the teapot shape is very delicate and fragile, so next time for gifting I will try ordering the hearts or roses, which don’t have such tiny pieces to easily break.
