Good price for a thick exercise mat. Knees feel good on the pad and enables me to do exercises that require me to kneel. Nice color and overall pleased with the mat.

This is so much nicer and thicker than I expected. It's great on my knees even without the additional pad. The carrying elastic is also really helpful for storage and transport. It has great grip and the color is lovely. It's longer than I thought it would be which is great for yoga.

Thick and soft pad. The extra knee pad was a nice touch. I’ve had it over a week and it is still giving off a strong rubber-like odor - enough to make my entire home smell, even after airing out almost doily. Hopefully the odor dissipates, because it’s otherwise a great mat.

I purchased two of these CAP mats. Both are used for Pilates and are laid on a hard rubber gym mat floor. The strap for convenient storage and carry and the extra pillow are nice quality accessories. As I am older, tallish and heavy, this mat alleviated the knee, lower back and tail bone pain I experienced from laying on the floor on a previous thinner mat. There was an initial rubber odor that quickly went away. The quality is exceptional thus far.

I love this mat so much. The workouts that can be done on this mat is almost endless! Its like a foam like mat that is really good on being slip resistance. The length of the mat almost gives me full coverage and I am 5'8". It is very durable when you place it on the floor w/little to no sliding around. The functionality is A1 and I would most definitely order more for myself and/or others! Highly recommend people get this mat!

It's very comfortable but has a strong smell of rubber that is still there after almost a month. Wish I knew that before because I am sensitive to smells. Otherwise good

Showing signs of wear annd thinning spots after less than a month. Carrier strap is not useful at all.
