Works great to help me as a disabled senior adult to more safely enter and exit my vehicle. I use the hand grip which is inserted into the door latch as instructed. I am using the strap inserted through the handles of a 5 inch fold up step stool to pull the stool into my vehicle after it has decreased my step up onto the running board. When exiting I lower the step to the ground.

I have to seat myself the way I would in a chair and then bring my legs and body around to face the steering wheel. The piece that fits into the door frame gives me something to grip during this maneuver. Increases safety.

Got it for my husband who can only use his left hand. Just hung it from the inside grip above door. Because it hangs down by his head once in the car, we stick it in the visor. Has been a great help, highly recommend it.

How l managed to get my partner in and out of the car before I bought this i don't know. 🤷â€â™€ï¸I wasn't concerned he may break the plastic inner door putting all his weight on it. Problem now solved, we use this continually. ðŸ‘
