This little guy is serving his purpose! I don’t know if it works so let’s hope if I have a leak he will alert me! It’s small and inconspicuous but I have it right where everyone can see it! If you’re looking for something to detect carbon monoxide this little thing should be it! Put batteries inside and hung it up! Perfect for small spaces or large spaces. I feel better knowing I have a few of these scattered throughout my home!

Used to place at the bottom of stairwell in our basement. We burn a wood heater there in very cold weather and needed this for safety. Good Price Also.

I can't speak for the accuracy in PPM content of CO. I can say that it will detect it and give you an accurate enough reading so that you are either safe, in trouble, or going to die. It warned me that there was CO in my house, readings over 50 everywhere in my house and higher upstairs (CO rises, CO2 sinks). This alerted me to look at my HVAC heat, and there it was, the return vent was partially blocked accidently causing reduced oxygen and ultimately incomplete combustion. Once I cleared the blockage and aired out the house, back to normal zero PPM. Without this, I probably would have slept peacefully once more forever that night.
