Update this product leaked out of every seal available never even got to drive my car either put together wrong or was a old stock not fresh did fit good tho was very excited to have received it but was disappointed after the trouble of installation bummer

This was the worst power steering ever. I installed it and it turned out that the unit was defective! I did a lot of hard work to replace my power steering box to replace it with another defective unit.

This was a perfect fit for my 1973 Plymouth Duster and worked well. Very happy with purchase and liked the fact that there was no core charge.

I've bought 2 of these so far. No issues. Works as it should as long as you read the instructions and replace the correct o-rings they supply with it, clean the valave & torque to spec. If you don't then you'll have leaks.

Dependeras enteramente de tu suerte que te toque una funcional. En mi caso decidà sustituirla por una pequeña fuga en el Pitman.La nueva en cambio era mas pesada en su giro y después de girar a la derecha y luego hacer una ligera corrección a la izquierda con el volante, habÃa un área de casi 180° de giro en el volante. Se tornaba casi sin asistencia (muy pesada la dirección). Esto sucedÃa sin importar el radio de giro en el que me encontrará.Termine devolviéndola y mandando a reparar la vieja.

it seems you can only buy these steering boxes reconditioned. I waited about 5 months until Amazon was able to locate one. It was winter so i did not put it in until May. Once installed, the issue I had with the steering was worse, so I took it to the mechanic who found out the steering box was fautly. He mentioned that he had done a similar job last summer on another vehicle and he had to put in three steering boxes before he got one that worked!!!! I am now past my warrently period so I am out 0ver $250. Buyer beware!!!!
