Product was perfect just got it installed and have no more play in the st wheel,At first I got a part like this from auto part with life time warranty and I exchanged three times I try adjusting everyone that I replace but none worked right like is suppose to.

We also had a defective gearbox, Detroit Axel gave us the runaround on exchanging it under warranty even though it was within the first 30 days, insisting on having our vin# and a copy of the invoice where we had the work done, after over a week of haggling finally saying they'll exchange it if we pay an additional $170 deposit. By then we'd already purchased a new one from a local parts store that actually worked. I followed the return procedure though Amazon with the provided return shipping label, it's been verified as received by fedex, and after waiting another full week, Detroit Axel has issued a refund of 0.00 ...BUYER BEWARE!
