I’m happy,Pros easy assembly, lots of power hauls my 200 lb up a 6% grade, I love having front and rear brakes, the soft tires are good for a smooth ride. The key is a nice touch as is the headlight and fenders.Nice acceleration, charges quickly. The kickstand is back and not in the way but easy to deploy.Cons I hate that front basket it seems awkward having it fixed to the frame while the steering is separateI have not tested the battery life but for me I’m guessing 10 miles would really be pushing it.There is no way you could get far with two people.

This has a removable battery, but for the love of all that is evil, I can not find a spare or replacement battery for this thing anywhere on the internet. I bought this specifically so I can buy 2 or 3 mor batteries and do 100 mile round trips with it by doing battery swaps.

I like it it goes fast but i don't like how the battery shows 2 bars and it's all the way dead but has 2 bars.

I bought this for my 5 yr old nephew who has never had an electric scooter before, and Im glad I chose this scooter because it doesnt have the dangerous high speed that other scooters have. It takes one foot on the throttle which happens to be embedded on the scooter base plate and they have to get the scooter going with their own foot pushes in order for the scooter to help out. I like that because it keeps things more physical and a little more safer because it lacks the potential for accidental velocity takeoffs, which can cause injury. The brakes are integrated into the wheel hub over the rear wheel- just like a non-powered scooter. I like that the speed is always defaulted to the low setting and if desired to go faster, then a double tap to the throttle switch will go into higher speed mode. This is a great transition from the regular non-powered scooter.The construction is sturdy and the assembly was fairly easy.Overall a great scooter for any child 8yrs old and younger.

I am writing this review, not to speak of the product, but to laud their customer support.Due to an error in my own ordering. I contacted Customer Support to hopefully cancel the delivery after it had been shipped.I actually wanted the upgraded version of this K2 scooter which has a more powerful motor and a bigger batter too.Customer support came through like a champ and they interspersed the package before I received it, thus saving a huge hassle.They did that even though the mistake was largely my own fault!THAT IS CUSTOMER SUPPORT BEYOND THE USUAL.Caroma was courteous and understanding of my problem & they took the time and trouble to rectify it.Many thanks to Caroma for their kind assistance!I did order their K5 model to replace it. I will review it when it arrives.

Bought for my cautious 6year old. I wanted a 3wheel scooter for my son as due to his needs he is overly cautious. This is perfect.He has gained so much confidence on it, goes out more or less every day on it. Can turn once he got used to having to lean to steer it. Light weight scooter that can be folded so perfect if he decides he wants to walk, can be carried with no hassle. Light up wheels are a bonus too which he loves. Would recommend.

I like that it was assembled and was not hard to put on the other bits it’s lights on the wheels make the children enjoy it more and it’s very children friendly and my children are using the breaks took some getting use to
