You will need to brew a cup of coffee to determine if a change in grind size and/or grind amount(grind time) is necessary to achieve the optimal taste of coffee drinks.

  • Yes, this espresso grinder has a sleep mode function. If there is no operation for 15 minutes, the LCD display and button lights will turn off until you press any button to wake it up.

  • The "E1" code indicates that the bean hopper is not properly installed. Please ensure it is securely locked into position.

  • The internal switch may be blocked by coffee beans. Simply run the grinder for a few seconds, then try adjusting the dial again.

This machine is great, it’s easy to use, good grinding, the machine is of very good quality. It turns off by itself. Comes with different accessories. My only complaint is the sound, but can’t expect a grinding machine to be quite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My only issue with this is that the bracket for the coffee barrel is very flimsy. If you don’t set it just right, the whole thing falls and coffee grounds go everywhere. So far all of the other functions work well.

This grinder is what I needed , the only comment I have is that after every grind when you remove the container that catches the coffee it spills or doesn’t fall right in to the plastic container and then you have coffee all around

Save yourself some cash and get this instead of the Breville. This machine looks exactly the same and grinds better. It has a shot, seconds and grind settings. 2 portafilter sizing for 58 53 and 51. You can also grind it directly to the included container. You cant go wrong with this. Support is also amazing i had a question and they answer quick. I had both and ended up returning the $199 Breville its no brainer.

Awful product. Not only did the beans not freely move from the hopper to the burrs without some coaxing, after three grinds it gives me the dreaded E1 code and no matter how much I clean it, it will not work.

Shortly after expiration of the return date, the product began leaking and overheating. The display has also been compromised and is beginning to sweat internally to the reader. Was working very well and perfect for a home barista in training. But, caveat emptor! Would like a return and try it again. May be an outlier on a defective production piece.

We purchased this specifically for espresso and French press. Its extremely easy to set up and use. The grind for the beans is controlled digitally and will specify the course or fine range in which you should be grinding the beans for either French press, filter, drip or espresso. Very happy with this purchase.

Everything works perfectly, the only thing i'd say is the instructions tell you to start off with a grind size of 10, but that did not pull a shot for me at all. It was way to fine for the beans I was using. I would suggest starting off coarser, and if the shot pulls to fast, slowly go finer to get a perfect shot.
