This product is so Awesome I have used it a total of 10 times now. The Versatility, Roasting capacity, Appearance, and Sturdiness are amazing qualities.The food cooks great and dose not stick. I was looking for a pan for me to make a large meatloaf and I realized that it was versatile. Not only can you cook a turkey or lasagna and meatloaf in it but you can use it for various dishes. It is easy to clean and durable, and I would recommend this for anyone else trying to make a big meal.

I Love Love Love this pan...my Dressing for Thanksgiving and Christmas scooped perfectly out of the pan no sticking no scrubbing I have purchased 2 and just purchased another one...as one of my relatives loved the pan so I gave it to her...definitely 5 stars and a must have....if only all of my bakeware were like this...thank you sooooo much...

This is our go to pan for church potluck. I can fit a triple casserole recipe, it's much lighter to transport than earthenware, very classic and heirloom quality, plus the blue looks beautiful on the serving table. I'm careful to bring a wood or silicone spatula for serving because I never want it scratched. Clean up is a breeze too! I haven't made a giant lasagne yet but it has the capacity for it. I'm ordering several more all in blue- in case I host a big event. Great job manufacturer and Amazon for continuing to carry this 4 years after I purchased my first!

Purchased the 18x12 pan in March of 2023. Used it as a water bath for making cheesecake due to its size. Christmas 2024 used it as a baking pan and the blue non stick coating came off in the corners. My dishwasher has been broken so always hand washed-it came clean easily. But the non stick coating should last longer than baking 1 oven roasted turkey before wearing off. How can water from several water bathed cheesecakes dissolve the coating? Too bad! I wanted to like this pan. Even bought the 13x9 recently. Beware.

I purchased two of these, and gave one as a gift to my son and his wife. We are using them as a nacho pan and it works great. It is a great quality and nonstick, like it says. It washes nicely and was a great choice. Highly recommend.

This is a great pan! It's bigger than the 13x9 pans that I usually use.I used it for a big lasagna one night.....washed it easily, and used it the next day for stuffed crepes.

I bought this dish specifically for our Chanukah-Christmas celebration. I was making a gigantic potato kugel [a crispy-topped potato casserole], and I needed a pan this size. It's a very good price for the quality and its size. The reason this is a 4-star review is because this pan is very delicate. The care instructions say *not* to put it into a dishwasher; *not* to use a knife other than a wooden or silicone/nylon one if you need to cut your casserole into squares, for example; *and* the manufacturer recommends not to use extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO) as a coating in this pan! Apparently, the EVOO can leave a residue that's hard to wash off. That's a lot of *not's*! Maybe this is why this cookware is so inexpensive? If you don't mind handwashing large casserole dishes, it's not a deal breaker. Yet it would have been great to have made this a slightly more durable product that *is* dishwasher safe! After cooking multiple dishes for 9 people, having the ability to throw all of my dirty dishes into a dishwasher is really nice!!

Wow, I knew I was ordering a huge dish but was still a bit shocking.😆 It is nice and deep, did a chicken potpie in it, enoegh to feed 10 people! Cooked well, super easy to clean, nice and light to lift. Happy I got it.
