My horse has a tendency to destroy anything left in his stall, so when the farrier suggested leaving bell boots on him after fitting him for larger shoes, I was resigned to just flushing money away. I have these bell boots in black already, but just for riding, and I like them so I figured I’d go with the cheaper blues since I doubted any bell boots would make it even a week. But I was pleasantly surprised - not only do these come in a large size, but the Velcro holds great and the rubber is even thicker on these blue bell boots than the black ones (with an even thicker lip around the bottom for more protection). I can see where he’s attempted to ripped them off or bite at them when he’s bored, but so far he been unsuccessful in pulling them off or really damaging them - and is now been over a month and they’re still going strong!

I purchased these bell boots andalso another brand. I returned the other brand due to poor quality on stitching of the velcro to the bell boot.The Cashel Bell Boots were put together with quality and the stitching to the boot appears to be done very well. Thank you!

Love them the feel sturdy, I just use them on rides since my horse over reaches. He's not hard on them so I think they will last me a long time. The rubber part is a little stiff/thick so when we canter they flop around and can be a little noisy. The color is kinda dull but they get covered in dust so it doesn't really matter. Had them all summer with regular use and they are holding up well. Great product, I strongly recommend.

The rubber material is thick and durable. The Velcro is strong and so far I haven’t had a problem yet.

My gelding needs bell boots for turnout. I normally just buy them at TSC for 15 bucks but decided I’d get some cute blue ones. We normally can go a whole shoeing cycle with the cheap ones. These lasted 3 days. I guess they protected him but for the price, I thought they’d last longer.
