This cast iron burner is an excellent choice for upgrading my "Rocket Stove". The pot supports that came with the stove wouldn't allow for a small pot or pan to sit level. I modified the original pot supports but they ended up being really short. Then I found this burner. Its about 7.5 inches in diameter and it looks really good on my stove. All I have to do is take my angle grinder and cut slots on the rim for the burners spokes to sit in.

Excellent and well made item. Quite heavy duty so it fits in with the hob of my new kitchen. Bigger than most of its rivals so fits well on the 'wok' burner of my NEFF hob

I got this to use on the cooker when using a Moka Pot. The normal hob supports are so far apart that the coffee pot was always rather precariously perched on the tips of the supports and this gives a nice stable base instead. It is a heavy-weight casting that is finished in black and has small grooves around the underside that are intended to fit over the existing supports on the cooker to secure it in place. Unfortunately none of the groove arrangements matched up with my cooker so I just rested it oin there instead. It's heavy enough to stay in place anyway so I don't have any safety concerns. It's perfectly sized though and will be used every time from now on.Interestingly they also cast some little feet into the face opposite the grooves so it can also be used as a trivet. Nice thinking there.It looks and feels like a quality item and I'm well pleased with how it functions.

Easy to use. Fits perfectly on top of the gas hob ring. Makes it easier for us to use the small moka pot now. Keeps it steady and safe. Heavy duty and well made. Good value.
