I am very happy with the size!!One of my cats stopped using the litter box. I have been using pads. My house smells like a litter box but I love my girl so much.I will place this down where she goes and try a new litter material. The large flat area seems like it should keep potty contained.

I like this mat a lot but have a couple of notes that may help others decide if it's a good fit for them. First it comes folded. The box has recommendations for this and I do think it will loosen over time but the sides are crinkled and I don't know how much that can really be undone fully. Secondly, I have an older cat with ckd and she is doing pretty well this far but a few times a year she will miss and not have her bottom full in the litter box and pee outside. I have tried several solutions and none are particularly easy to truly clean so I am going to start putting a pee pad half underneath the box and half in front so if she misses there is immediate absorption. I still want something underneath in case the pad fails and this mat is just what I need. While I am hoping the pad will catch the occasional oops I don't expect it to help with tracking and I can't see this mat really doing that either as it is quite smooth. I am going to put one of the gridded or textured mats down as well. The nice long length will allow me to put the litter box, a few inches of pee pad and then a textured litter mat to catch stray litter. I am really hoping this will be the long term solution I have needed for my older cat. I also like that this is ISCC PLUS certified ("products are created using raw materials like recycled plastics and bio-based materials, which can reduce fossil fuel consumption.") My mat looks just like the other pictures so I didn't duplicate those pictures but I have included pictures of the box, the one year limited warranty that is included, and the mat as it arrived with a permanent marker for scale. Overall, I really like this mat. The folding is not ideal but I can't really think of a way around it with a mat this big. I really appreciate the dimensions and the simplicity as it will be much easier to clean than the very textured mats and will protect more of my floor.

I purchased a dog playpen that has panels that are 23.5†wide. This fit PERFECTLY under my small litter box I use for their puppy pads. I put a small washable pet pad under the last few inches of their pen that has their bed. But this silicone mat keeps the foot/water/ and every other thing that comes along with dogs … keeps it all contained while super easy to clean and wipe up. My floors are thanking me.

I was a little disappointed that along the long sides, the "wall" has a tendency to tip, almost to being level with the bottom area of the mat. This makes it a little easier for litter to scatter outside the area of the mat. Still, its not too much of a flaw for the price and most of the litter DOES stay on the mat.I got this mat because my two cats seem to make it game to bring out as much litter as possible (Clenched in their toes?) when they use their main litter box. That particular litter box is my bedroom (There's 5 others in different rooms in the house). I HATE walking on litter, so I got this mat,. Despite the aforementioned flaw in the design, the mat keeps almost all of the litter confined, rather than scattered around the room.

I am a big fan of using litter trays, as my cats like to make a huge mess. They are always kicking litter everywhere and the lip protects it from going too far. (They still find a way to get some off the mat though haha) It also protects my floors from my defiant cat that sometimes like to use the tray vs my box. I find these easy to clean and super durable. Does not collect smell either. The size is amazing, especially if you have larger cats or a larger litter box.

Nice sized mat to capture most of the litter! It fits for the Litter Robot, just need to adjust the mat so I get more coverage. Some of the litter has been able to escape despite the “wallsâ€. This was the case even when I used a basic cat litter pan 12in X 24in.

This arrived folded but only took a day or so for it to lay flat. The material is non-skid so it doesn't slide across my hardwood when the kitties jump out of the litter box and onto the mat. It has a short raised lip around the entire thing that helps contain scattered litter. The material is also waterproof and easy to wipe clean when one of my cats leaves a hairball on it. I think it's a good value for the price and quality.

I have a 10-month-old neutered male cat who is a 'leaper' when it comes to exiting his cat box after he's done his business. The result is that litter tends to scatter in a wider pattern when he does this and the dimensions of this mat will help with catching some of that scatter and also prevent his cat box from slowly creeping backward every time he uses it. The box lives in our garage inside a large kennel crate as he loves his privacy and the mat fits easily inside it along with the box. It's easy to clean/maintain and is a nice addition to our arsenal of 'must have' items for a cat-friendly environment.
