The item came in a plastic envelope, inside an mailing envelope. I ordered the largest size, as the cat that I would like to put this on is about 16 lb. Unfortunately he was not having it. I decided to keep all of my fingers and attempt to put it on another cat. She is extremely fluffy and weighs about 11 lb.... It fits are just fine. It secures with pretty strong hook and loop, which is very stiff and if it was on their skin it would be an irritant. So if you do use this item just make sure you wash it first to soften it up or you attach it the way that the hook and loop corners will not dig into their skin. It looks like the picture, it doesn't feel cheap it feels well made, it seems to attach anatomically correct for a large cat, I feel like it's worth the price.

Unhappy kitten but it works great for after surgery. Good option if you don't want to use a cone.
