New upgraded coating process, more non-stick and easy to clean, without any harmful substances such as PFAS and PFOA. A light rub with a sponge or rag will remove the stain.
Evenly Heated Pan Base

Detachable Handle

This is easily my favorite pan now. The size is perfect for eggs / bacon / etc, it’s a great value, and very easy to use. It works great and food doesn’t stick to it at all, washes off very easy. It’s fairly thin and light which is kind of nice. This pan my breakfast sandwich look perfect every time - no more egg going off the side of the bread. :)

I love the 4 compartments for making breakfast sandwiches ahead of time; however, moisture collects, so I have to remove the lid and set on a towel briefly to keep the eggs dry. I also would like to find a lid that isn't glass, because I worry about breaking it. My hands aren't strong. All in all, I would still buy it again. It really is non-stick, so easy to clean. Ceramic is a better choice than the usual non-stick that usually isn't.

Nice pan, but had a very difficult time locking the handle in place for the first time. After struggling with it, I finally got it to lock. I Imagine that handle's locking piece (plastic) was re-shaped, as it was a lot easier to lock after that first time. I ordered two of these pans at the same time, and experienced same problem both times.

I read all the reviews on several other pans like this. Glad I chose this one. I have used it several times now. It is non-stick, easy to clean. The eggs now fit nicely on an English muffin for breakfast. This is a keeper.
