Since I'm always in charge of the charcuterie board for holiday dinners, I decided to try this cheese slicer. This made the job of cutting cheese much easier. I was able to get consistent slices easily. Clean up is a breeze. Worked very well for my needs.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He wanted one for a long time. He thought it was gonna be longer then what it is ( HE IS FUSSY ) lol . and it just fits a 5lb block of cheese .it did come with 2 extra blades 😠that's a plus . Looks pretty good to me works well 😠noore using a knife to cut up cheese.

Great product with the exception of the spacing for the wire is too large causing the cut to be less than straight. Obviously it depends on what is being cut but a block of medium cheddar can prove difficult to get even slices.

This cheese slicer is perfect. I love that it’s stainless steel and marked with grids for even slices. It even comes with extra wires in case one should snap

I cubed up about six blocks of cheese, and this little tool just plowed its way through the task with no broken blades. The key is to take your time and let the blade do its thing.
