The pocket your radio sits in is elastic: one size fits all? It's a little small for my radio. I'm worried over time it will stretch the elastic and shorten the lifespan of the harness. The velcro strap is sewn into one position(not adjustable up and down) if I were to use it, it would key the microphone. I've got it strapped behindthe radio for now. I may decide to rip the stitches and move it to a more useful position. The zipper pocket is a highlight and works well.

I work with a fire crew doing mop up (putting out embers and hot spots after the FD puts out the main fire) and wanted a convenient way to carry a walkie talkie, keeping it out of the way yet accessible. This works OK for a regular walkie talkie, even better if your radio has a remote microphone as it usually takes both hands to get the radio back in its pouch (I can remove it with one hand OK). It is a bit awkward to put on, and almost takes 2 people the first time you wear it to get it fitted (unless you don't mind taking it off and on several times as you adjust the straps) but fits comfortably enough and is secure enough once on. Holds the radio in front of your heart on the left side, with the antenna pointing at an angle away from your face. Worth it for the money.

I work with my radio strapped to me all day , only used for 2 weeks and the stitching has already failed for the elastic and is coming apart unfortunately.

This is exactly what I needed! I did not want to buy a full vest because I just needed to hold my walkie-talkie. This is light and doesn't even bother me while working. This is the only thing I can find that's one of a kind. There's an extra slot to put a extended antenna and of course the harness to put your handheld device on.
