Very slim and narrow form factor. Perfect fit for my issued Motorola XPS 7000. It replaces another brand that was much larger and took up valuable space on my outer vest carrier. Frankly, I am switching all my gear to the Zero9 brand. Well made and practical. Highly recommend.

Zero 9 knocks it out of the park every time! This is a huge improvement over my pouch with the elastic band top. What a pain that was trying to get it in with both hands before putting my outer carrier on, let alone while I'm wearing it! Now I just slide my radio in easily with one hand, easy peasy. This holster has perfect retention too. I had reservations about the lack of a top strap or keeper. No worries, my LEO brothers and sisters! Your Motorola will not flop out during a foot pursuit or use-of-force situation. I dig the option to purchase with different mounting hardware, too!

This is such an upgrade over our department-issued radio holder. With this one I can actually quickly and easily remove and re-insert the radio. The retention is perfectly tuned, in my opinion -- snug enough to hold the radio securely, but a nice tug will pull it free. The thing I don't like about it is the shock cord on top.. it is short, and designed to be put over the center knob of the radio (the channel selector knob). The knob hasn't popped off or anything, so it's probably fine, but I don't know if long-term it will begin to weaken that knob or what. Seems like it would have been a much better design to make the shock cord longer, and put some kind of catch on the outside of the body of the holster itself so the shock cord can hook onto that instead. I'll do that modification myself then.

Zero9 is definitely the way to go if you want good quality gear with a nice solid locking molle system to hold strong to your carrier.

Once again great quality. The only thing is the strap was tight coming across the top of the radio to secure it. But still after 20 years of service would highly recommended.
