Absolutely non-stick, sturdy, bakes evenly and easy to clean. No need to use cooking spray when baking. Tarts release easily. Crack Pies, Creme Brulee Tarts and Fruit Tarts turn out beautifully and I am not a professional baker. Although dishwasher-safe, hand-washing with warm water and soap is preferred to maintain the non-stick finish/quality. Definitely a 'must have' for bakers.

This pan is quite good. It seems to be of good quality. It's non stick and the bottom is removable, which allows you to get your tart out of the pan super easy and display it on a serving dish. Just be aware that, like a traditional tart pan, this pan is very shallow, so you won't be able to put a ton of filling in there. Be aware that you might have some leftover filling if you follow a regular book tart recipe.

The pan is advertised as a 10 inch pan which is what I needed for my recipe. What I received was an 11 inch pan which can throw off a recipe. They are also advertised as being made in Chicago but they’re actually made in China. It worked well enough but wasn’t what I purchased and more or less ruined my tart crust.

I needed a new pan and ordered this Chicago metallic non-stick. I made a cranberry curd tart for Thanksgiving and this pan was perfect! The crust released readily. I would highly recommend this pan.

I purchased this product after reading different reviews. Two stars were removed because (1) even though the product was delivered in a thick packaging box, the product itself was wrapped in a transparent thin plastic bag that can easily tear and (2) I buy baking tools only when they are made in USA, Korea, Japan, Germany, Italy, or France. One of the Q&A respondents said that the product was "Made in USA", so I ordered the product. However, the product is "Made in China"! Maybe the product was made in USA in 2014, but it is not the case any more.

I really like this pan - I have only used it for tarts - there is one thing people need to be aware of thu when using it - ALWAYS place it on a cookie sheet to handle it - one it wont slip on. there can and will be leakage depending on what you use it for. and when you try to remove the pan from the stove you can mess it up by handling the bottom - placing it on a cookie sheet prevents leaks and spills and burns.Good Quality and does well in the dish washer so far - though with my favorite pans I tend to hand wash only. I am a very experienced baker and this is one product along with my new favorite brown pan that I will be using forever - though I really think I should order another brownie pan!I know I only gave it four stars - and that is to warn others to handle it properly - use it on a cookie sheet! I admit it truly deserves 5 stars!

Love it. I bought this to replace a quiche pan I'd had for years. Love the non-stick finish and 10" is a great size. I found it "used" from Amazon for only $8.80 which was a steal. Although it didn't come in original packaging it didn't appear to ever have been used.I've had several Chicago Metallic baking items and they have all seemed to be of good quality.

This is a great quiche/tart pan. It is not very deep however and shouldn't be used if your recipe calls for a deep dish. Food is easy to remove from pan and looks great when presented. Clean up was super easy. Will now be looking for one that is a bit deeper to add to my collection.
