Like all of MasterClass’s best-selling, award-winning* bakeware, this non stick flan tin is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non stick coating, sandblasted to its surface for better adhesion. Thanks to its loose base and fluted edges, you can always expect presentable results too. Cook your favourite savoury quiches or fruit tarts, then simply push up from the base of the mould to release the bake in one neat piece. It helps prevent crumbled edges and ruined bakes, and is much easier than struggling with a spatula. This round fluted tart tin measures 23 cm (9 Inch) in diameter, and is dishwasher safe. Like all of MasterClass’s tart tins, it’s also 100% BPA, PFOA and PTFE free.

I'm in love with my new non-stick 9" loose base fluted pan I feel like a professional making my dessert and even making my home madedough look good. Thanks you amazon for having this pan on hand hard to find in stores.

No complaints with the seller, but the tin itself is not the size it says. On the packaging it's advertised as 23cm or 9 inches, so I was surprised to find I had bought a tin the same size as my 21cm tin. Even the widest diameter across the top is only 29.5cm. The depth is also less than 3cm when I believe it's advertised as 3.5cm. The tin itself seems well made, so no complaints there, but I was looking for a tin that was larger than the one I already owned, and have ended up with 2 that are similar.

Il est petit, c’est même sa grande qualité car j’ai un mini four. Il a le fond amovible et je ne suis pas sûre que ce soit précisé. Il est très bien et il donne l’impression d’être de bonne qualité. Je m’en sers c’est pratique c’est parfait

Habe eine Quiche darin gebacken, durch die Anti-Haft-Beschichtung hat sie sich super gelöst. Als ich einen Tortenboden darin gebacken habe, hätte ich allerdings etwas Mehl darin gebraucht, da er sich nicht gut gelöst hat. Von der Form her werde ich es eher für Quiche verwenden, da der Tortenguß läuft. Sie hat nicht die typische Form eines Tortenbodens. Aber trotzdem super! Sehr gut zu reinigen.

pensavo fosse teglia con fondo fisso ,come mi avevano consigliato per email Amazzon e invece al ricevimento mi sono accorto che aveva il fondo mobile ,quindi la ho restituita avendo avuto una brutta esperienza con teglia con fondo mobile
