Die Idee mit den Poren ist gut, aber die Form ist total wabbelig, so dass man immer etwas unterschieben muss. Auch wenn man den Eigrand abschneiden will, ist eine fest Form praktischer. Nach dem Backen zerbröckelt mürber Teig sofort. Eine so instabile Form ist total unpraktisch.
