Like all of MasterClass’s best-selling, award-winning* bakeware, this rectangular tart tin is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to its surface for better adhesion. Thanks to its loose base and fluted edges, you can always expect presentable results too. Cook your favourite savoury quiches or fruit tarts, then simply push up from the base to release the bake in one neat piece. It helps prevent crumbled edges and ruined bakes, and is much easier than struggling with a spatula. This rectangle tart tin measures 36 x 13 cm (14 x 5 Inch), and is dishwasher safe. Like all of MasterClass’s tart tins, it’s also 100% BPA, PFOA and PTFE free.

Como todos los moldes de esta marca, es de gran calidad, bastante peso y muy antiadherente. La masa de las tartas se despegan sin ningún problema y cuece de forma muy uniforme.

Well made and feels unlikely to warp when your cooking, the nonstick coating feels thick and resistant to scratches. My first 4 opportunities to cook quiche came out well evens when some egg mix went under the base. It was easy to de mould and clean.Very solid buy
