Side stand enlarger plate is to increase the area of the original factory side column by 2 times, so that the ground area is enough to cope with all kinds of terrain and road surface
BEFORE INSTALLATION :
- The area of the original motorcycle foot side stand is too small, so it will feel uncomfortable on the rugged road surface or the parking is unstable on the soft ground
- Even thought the stock side stand is normally effective, it can actually sink into wet or softy ground, potentially allowing the bike tip over, particularly when loaded with luggage, camping gear, or other heavy things.
This simple side stand enlarger plate goes a long way to mitigate that possibility !
AFTER INSTALLATION:
- Kickstand extender increasing the area of the side stand foot to help prevent tip overs
- Prevents the kickstand from sinking into sand, gravel, snow fields and other soft surfaces
- Avoid motorcycle side stand scuff
- Reduces scuffing on garage floors

Just loose the screws, and then put kickstand foot into the kickstand extender , finally tighten the screws

Easy to install, just make sure the motorcycle is upright and not leaning, put on bottom then top, I used blue picture to secure the 3 screws so they to not vibrate out later.

I like this product however, I had to alter the back side because my kickstand is long and wide and wouldn't slide in. My error for ordering the incorrect one, probably. Either way, it works now and the product is very nice.

Didn't fit my stock kick stand on my Kv 3. Fell off after the 1st ride even with blue lock tight.

This product puts a bigger foot on your kickstand which is obviously more stable in gravel or soft ground, but my reason for purchase was it adds a nice looks with Kawasaki green to my bike

Nice CNC machined and hard anodized aluminum kickstand pad. Easy to install and looks great on my green Kawasaki Versys. I used a bit of blue thread lock, just to be sure the screws stay tight.
