Great quality, thick plastic. We took the chin strap off for our 2.5 year old to wear it for Halloween. It fit well and stayed on great! It is good quality and will be a fun play item for many years.

These hard hats were a hit at the party. They are very sturdy and adjustable to fit a 2 & 4 year old. As you can see from the picture that the color is great. They look very authentic. I would definitely order these again. The shipping was fast. I am very happy and satisfied! Thank you

This hat is all that! Light weight, durable and comfortable. My 3 year old was obsessed with his daddies work hat but it was too big and heavy. We got this for him and he loves it, he even makes me wear it sometimes!

Although it is a very well made and nice hard hat, I would not say it is for ages 3-6. The hard hat runs on the smaller size and maybe more suitable for ages 2-4 years old.

I originally bought the Melissa and Doug construction worker costume. The helmet they provide it garbage. Won’t stay on my son’s head for even 2 seconds if he even slightly moves. Bought this one and it stayed on his head for the entire night of trick or treating. Love that it was adjustable. Worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend. (My son is 3 for reference)

My two year old grandson loves construction vehicles and pretends to fix and build things with his toy tools. He used to put a basket on his head to pretend it was a hard hat. I ordered this hard hat so he wouldn't have to wear a basket on his head, and he loves it!!! He attended an open house in our village at the "Public Works." They gave out cheap plastic yellow play hard hats to all who attended, but my grandson arrived wearing his own! It is sturdy and well-made. A wonderful gift for any toddler interested in "construction!"
