This hat fit my head fine. I bought it because people joke that I am the raccoon. It’s like a nickname. I was a bit disappointed with the quality. It looks more like a stuffed animal toy for a dog than a actual raccoon skin. For the price I paid however, it’s adequate.

My 8 year old grandson loves this Daniel Boone Cap. I saw that because I bought it when he was 5 years old. He still wears it when we walk in the woods or play like we are living off the grid. It has held up really well and I’m telling you that it has seen some use for the last three years.

I bought this because my son had a school project and he did it on Davy Crockett. So he had to play the part. This how was perfect for what he needed. The price was great. It wasn’t the best quality but it achieved what we needed it for a one day school project.
