Wonderful lumbar support, heat and massage. Diagnosed with facet arthropathy a few weeks ago and was searching for a heat/massage unit that I could use with my desk chair that would help with the pain. This unit straps to the back of my chair, stays where you attach it and feels so good with the heat and/or massage relieving the lower back pain. It is also great for keeping my posture straight, even when not using the heat/massage. It is very relaxing to use before retiring for the evening for a better night's sleep. I would definitely purchase this for a gift for someone in need of lower back pain relief.

I tried this out on my couch and it is just fantastic. It has 3 heat, vibrations, and timer options. It was great for the end of the day back pain and just sitting for a long period of time.

This pillow arrived quickly, was packaged well, and it's comfortable behind your back and supporting you head and shoulders.The photos show how it fits in different sized office chairs - the the Velcro strips on the straps allow for different size chair backs. I have a herniated disc in my lumbar region, so I only use vibration massage in that area. It has different levels of heat and I found the higher temperature plenty warm. The vibration is not overwhelming, but it's acceptable given how lightweight and portable this pillow is. This is not a shiatsu massager - you need to order a different product if you're looking for that kind of intensity.Pros - the heat and the vibration operate independently - you can use either or both. And, if you turn the heat on, the timer automatically turns on.Super lightweight, and physically comfortable.It has an automatic shutoff, which is good because it says that too much heat can damage the unit.Cons - there's no remote, but there are only 3 buttons on the side (see pic 4), so it's pretty easy to operate as long as the buttons are accessible.It is loud when used on the neck/head area, so plan on pumping up the TV volume if it's in that area, and I turned it off for phone calls.It does not have an On/Off button, but if you turn off the heat and the massage, it's off. That's not necessarily intuitive, but it makes sense.This is a free trial review for me, but it's a keeper. I gave it 4/5 for Comfort because it doesn't have a remote and because it's loud when around the head/neck area. And a 4/5 for Pain Relief because the vibration could be stronger for the back.It would be nice to have a cooling feature too, although that may be too much to ask in this price range.

So far I love this pillow. The heat kicks in very quickly, the massager is nice, and customer service was exceptional in extending my warranty to 3 years.

My husband has arthritis in his lower back and uses his lift chair every day. His old lift chair had the heat and massage already built in, but the cost of getting the built-in heat/massage for the new chair was ridiculous. This new lumbar pillow really does the trick. In fact, it works much better than the built-in unit in his old chair. The different massage controls as well as the heat are much greater and provide a much deeper impact. I use it after working at my desk and find that I have better movement without my usual back stiffness. I plan on buying one for my office chair. Although the price is amazing, it’s not at all cheaply made. The pillow is sturdy, but also very soft and comfortable. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this massage pillow. It's an excellent product and an awesome price.

I wanted a heated back cushion with massage. This was my first one... it was great while it lasted. Purchased in May 2024 it was dead by November 2024. I have since tried other kinds and they have all failed in comfort or simply got so hot I was afraid it would cause a fire. This cushion was my favorite... but will not repurchase simply because it didn't last. My search for a good LASTING cushion continues.

As someone with mild scoliosis and poor posture, this was definitely needed. I spend so much time sitting down at my desk doing school work and playing games. I have seen slight improvement in my posture as well as reduced pain. The best feature is the “heat mode†this has. Using the vibrate mode with the heat mode is the best thing ever. It’s also not super soft where there isn’t structure but also not super stiff where it’s uncomfortable, it’s just right.It is worth the money!

We have bad backs and love a chair with heat. This product provides some lumbar support, heat and a bit of massage.

For me I prefer the old shape bc it was slimmer in thickness whereas this one is very thick and for me it pushes me of the dinner chair so it’s uncomfortable but mom doesn’t mind it so I took her old pillow from the same company and she kept this new one. It is comfortable I guess if you have the right chair. It wasn’t for me though
