I know there are a lot of products that cut round shapes on various types of materials. I have probably bought many of them but I have to tell you, this cutter is as close to perfect as I have found. It's lightweight, easy to store, various colors available AND great price!!! If you're a seasonal crafter, this is a great investment for you.

This tool is soo good and you get what you get for the price. Oc the material is cheap plastic, but it does its jobs and its perfect to do crafts. I even used this with a pretty thick cardboard and it worked perfectly. I surely recommend this to avoid using scissors for ugly circles.

When you open this cutter it's in a box that has no directions on how to use it. You take it out of the box and look at it and think "WTH is this thing and how does it work. The little cap was off the cutter and rolling around in the box, so I immediately cut the hell out of my finger. Went in to bandage my bloody appendage, poured a glass of wine and then proceeded to cut a circle. This little sucker is fabulous. Cuts smoothly and accurately. It is made very cheaply and looks like it will break and is dangerous to store as the little clippy thing that covers the blade falls off. But, if you don't mind a little blood (and who does on their art) then it's cool.

It came dissembled with no instructions on how the pieces fit together. Seems like a piece of crap honestly.

This tool works fairly well even though no instructions were included (everything on the box is in an Asian language). Thank goodness for the description and instructions in this product site. The big problem is that the scale (in both inches and metric) is off by almost half an inch. I had to use a ruler to get an accurate radius reading. I won’t buy this item again from this seller.
