Great for lubrication. Could be better at bore cleaning. Hoppies does a better job at bore cleaning but this is a better all around. Smell great and you can use it on the wood. It's probably better for you than some other solvents.

Best oil I have ever used for cleaning guns, reels and rust protection. Will make any pliers or tools rust protection and will loosen rust from pliers that are completely rusted tight

I like this oil for the most part. It is a very useful for removing grime, gum, and varnish on reel parts. As strictly an oil it seems a little less effective. It is a great all in one solution, but I prefer a non solvent oil at times. It gets 4 stars for being an all around cleaner and oil.

I got this for my reel’s because they were not allowing me to cast as far as I used to be able to. But after using this on them, they are all casting just like they were doing when I first bought them.
