Works well for oiling fishing reels. Makes them nice and smooth. Don’t forget to clean out the grit first. Makes them like new! I would recommend.

I have a bunch of fishing reels including fly, bait casters, spinning and trolling and they are always in need of a little lubrication and this little oil bottle is great. The best thing is the needle applicator so you can get the oil right where you need it, and you normally just need a drop or two, without getting it everywhere else like you do with a spray like WD40.

I usually spray rods with WD-40 after I rinse them off from a saltwater fishing trip. Not sure what the difference is between this and others but have started to put this down in the spool after a few trips for those that I feel can use it. The needle point makes it easy to put this exactly where you want it to go. A con would be you have to remove the needle to put the lid back on the bottle so I am saving the box it came in to store it all.

Doesn't work if reel locked up its better just to use for maintenance. I had to buy blaster penetrating spray would highly recommend it over this

I like this oil. The oil is thin and flows nicely when dispensed. The needle type applicator lets you get into the tight spots without making a mess on the way there. I have a bunch of rods and reels and don't ever seem to take the time to do some preventative cleaning and lubrication. This handy bottle will make it easy to quickly lube the reel in no time. I don't know for sure at this time but I'm hoping that the oil is going to also work on my ice fishing reels. They really need to get lubed up.

I have way too much fishing gear and I tend to neglect maintenance until the reels give me a problem. I now have 2 oil bottles to keep one at my cam and one at home to occasionally oil up my reels to keep them in top working condition. I really like the little needles that will help get into some tight areas to be sure the oil goes where it’s needed.

This is pretty decent reel oil. One drop in the spool tension knob and my baitcaster stopped screaming when I cast. Really my only issue with this product is the bottle. It comes with a friction fit needle nozzle that presses onto the normal nozzle for precise application, but the cap for the bottle does not allow room for said needle nozzle, so that needs to be stored separately. I can guarantee that I will lose that needle nozzle. Really wish they would have just used a screw on needle nozzle with a cap because I would never take it off. Overall the oil itself is just fine but I really don't like the bottle.
