These fishing rod tips helped me fix my young son's fishing rod. The end of the rod had split and the ceramic eye broke. Instead of purchasing a new rod. I measured the diameter and purchased the replacement tip. The repair process was very simple. I warmed up the broken piece and it slid right off. I used epoxy to glue the new one on while ensuring it was well oriented. I was done in 5 minutes and so far, it has remained intact with a few fishing outings.

Took me a few tries to get the right size because I didn't measure, but once on they are very strong and secure. Didn't come with glue so I used glue from another set I bought, but I've already tested them out on a 5lb pike and they didn't move a hair.
