They fit comfortably, big help for embroidering for a long time. They help me grab the needles, and stay on the finger tips. They are not thimbles, too soft for that.

I got these to use to grip my needle better. I am making sheep on a pillowcase using thin yarn and French knots. Sometimes the needle is hard to pull through so these were great at helping me keep hold of the needle. They fit on my fingers and stay put. They are thin enough that they don't prevent dexterity. However, it is not thick enough to use as a thimble. The needle end easily pokes through these "thimbles" if it is used as a traditional thimble.

Exactly what i needed to keep my finger from getting abused while using smaller crochet hooks. It does make my finger sweaty (which is hilarious to me, tip of my finger sweat!) and takes a bit for my brain to recalibrate itself to having this on my finger, but the thickness of it is perfect for my needs.

Not your typical thimble. If you’re buying this to be able to push the needle it is too thin for that. You wear one on your thumb and pointer finger to hold the needle so you have grip to push through. My kind of a snug fit and I have small fingers. Also gets a lil warm and sweaty.

As a hand sewer who has arthritis in my hands, I was having some real trouble pulling my needle through cloth lately. As sewing is my therapy, I was really concerned that I'd have to give it up, but I found these and I can't believe how much of a difference they make. It's just the support I needed. If you're having trouble with strength or pain in your hands with sewing, give these a try. They're reasonably priced and effective. One tip: Designate a larger bag or box to keep them in so you don't lose them. I put them in a small plastic bag and keep them with other notions so they're easy to find when I need them.

These work great for hand sewing! Took a few minutes for me to get used to them but once I did, I found them to be extremely valuable and useful! Created a great grip on my needle. I wish I would have known about them sooner!

My finger gets sweaty wearing this and it's uncomfortable to wear longer than 15 minutes or so. I'm not much of a sweat-er so this item really blocks your fingertip from breathing even though it has holes in it.

I bought these as finger guards for needle felting because I don’t love the clunky leather ones. They are a bit thin and probably won’t by again but still using them until I find a better option

Doing some tough stitching and I just couldn't get a decent grip on the needle. These solved that and have helped improve some real soreness to my fingertips from the work I was doing. I have small hands and they fit my thumb and first finger - I'm glad my hands aren't bigger as I might have struggled.
