I had been wanting to get a mug warmer because I kept having to reheat my coffee in the morning which was really annoying when I was getting ready for work. I like really hot coffee, and it starts getting too lukewarm every 5 minutes. When I had looked at mug warmers previously there was a reviewer saying it didn’t keep her coffee hot enough, and with some of them, you have to use the mug that comes with it. What about all the mugs I already have that I like? Then I saw this one a couple of days ago and I thought that with three heat settings, maybe the hottest one would be hot enough. Plus you can use your own mug. I decided to try it, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve only just used it this morning for the first time and my coffee stayed hot all the way down to the bottom of the cup. It seems to be of good quality, it’s not too big and obtrusive, especially in black. It comes with a well-fitting, nice cover for the heating plate when you’re not using it. It also has a timer, but I’m not sure why you would need it. I turned it on just as soon as I first put the mug on it, so it doesn’t seem to need time to warm up. Worth the money.

Heats up quickly and extremely easy to use. Keeps my coffee at a perfect temp when I get distracted and forget I have it. My only confusion was whether or not to leave the silicone coaster in place while using it. I e-mailed and got a response in a few hours to remove the coaster while using. So far, love it!

Love the multi setting and auto shut off. Has a removable silicone coaster? Or cover. Not sure but i remove the cover when i. Using the warmer and thrn use the cover as a coaster on my desk. Has a dim but visible display. I like the display because it isn't obnoxiously bright.

This mug/cup warmer is simply amazing....I got it in today, and it was ideal trying it out as intended, that is to warm my red wine during the cold season.... it works like a charm, no more running my wine bottle under hot water and getting it cold again in no time.... it you love to savor warm drinks for longer periods of time , Do yourself a huge favor and get this one!

My mom must have the highest caffeine tolerance, because she drinks coffee literally all day. Idfk how, but she does. Anyway, I got this for her 65th birthday this month (October) and it’s awesome. It’s a simple and sleek design, has 3 temp settings, and the feature that is the most important is the auto shutoff. It also has a silicone plate cover too for safety when not in use. She loves it!

I gave one of these as a Christmas present - it has been working fine up to now, however we found out this morning that it had automatically turned on and won't turn off unless unplugged. No idea how long it had been on during the night, but it was very hot and obviously unsafe! It no longer responds to the temperature/on/off settings, however I can't return it as I am now outside the 1 month return window.
