I LOVE this one. I have a rolling bed table with limited space. This one is big enough for a huge mug, VERY hot (nice abd temp. is adjustable), auto & adjustable shut off, lights for 3 different temps... but small enough to not waste space like those rectangle ones. I don't know about long term use. I just got it. I highly recommend this one. Update: On THIS product, it heats VERY well, with both of these larger cups WITH indentation on the cup bottom in MEDIUM! GREAT WARMER if it lasts. I have no idea why others said it sucks. It's the best. Happy camper. UPDATE: STILL WORKING HOW AND GREAT WITH ALL MY HUGE THICK CUPS WITH INDENTS IN THE BOTTOM. I don't know how I lived without this. I need another one.

This device didn't just keep my drink warm, it made my drink hotter which I loved! I keep it on the lowest setting because I don't like hot hot drinks and it's perfect for me. Bought another for family member. Definitely recommend this device. It has different colors for each temp that lights up under the device, which is a nice touch. I also like that it's not usb charged and I could plug it in. Also has timer and auto shut off feature.

After being somewhat disappointed with another highly rated warmer possessing similar features, I decided to try this warmer because it added the claim of providing 55 watts. My previous warmer put out only about 30 watts (or maybe less) and could not keep a 22 ounce (625 mL) ceramic mug of coffee evenly heated from bottom to top. I can definitely say that this warmer provides the right amount of heat energy to evenly heat a large ceramic mug and the thermostat works perfectly. I also like the minimal form factor this warmer provides. I wholeheartedly recommend this warmer for anyone wishing to keep a large beverage hot enough to enjoy drinking.

As a work-at-home fiction author and online consultant, I bought this warmer for my desk in my home office because I kept making my coffee, taking a drink, and getting to work...only to find lukewarm coffee for my second sip five minutes later, and so forth until cold, yucky coffee. I've also been known to eat lunch or supper at my desk and if it's soup or noodles...same result. I never want to stop working to get up to microwave it...I looked at many, many hundreds of reviews on many of the similar types of warmers and settled on this one because other reviewers mentioned its ability to not only keep warm, but reheat. I also bought it because they said it had a larger warming area and was very easy to use.PROS/WHAT I LOVE:I can confirm that this warmer does exactly what it says it will do, and what the other positive reviewers said about it!I absolutely love it and now can't imagine why I didn't spend the money earlier! The three toggle settings are very easy to figure out and do an excellent job even on the lowest setting of keeping my coffee not lukewarm, but hot warm to piping-hot-can't-drink-it depending on which temp I set it at. This will please people like me, who like their coffee gulpable at times, as well as people like my husband, who prefer their coffee hot enough to scald their tongue unless they take baby sips.IT CAN and DOES do a great job of reheating coffee that you've inadvertently set to the left and let get cold when the warmer is on the right🙄 ...within minutes (before I would reach for it again, it is hot. 2-3 minutes maybe; 5 mins tops).I love that it has an auto-shutoff feature as well. If I have not consumed my coffee, into which I have poured frothed milk, within four hours, I need to dump it anyway because the milk will be untrustworthy. You can change how long the auto-shutoff goes for, but I haven't needed to attempt this since I like the four hour time period and rarely have it on that long anyway (coffee's gone in the first hour most of the time, since it stays tasty and hot now).Because I crochet hot mats and coasters out of cotton, I decided to try my office one on top of this warmer because I just like the way it looks there (and the warmer took its spot) -- and it also helps protect my finger from the hot plate when I'm pushing the button. This warmer is 100% capable of still keeping my coffee quite hot even through the crocheted coaster. [Yes, at 170F-200F, it's perfectly safe to place a 100% cotton coaster or hot mat there; there are no exposed elements. That's like grabbing something out of the oven or putting a piping hot casserole on it (out of a 350-400F oven, per se).]I've had this warmer several months now and it continues to work reliably to the same standard it did on day one. No issues.CONS (I would give it a 4.8 rating instead of 4 if I could, but for some of you it will be a solid 4):--the toggle switch may irk some people because you always have to cycle through all the temp settings that are left to turn it off. That's three clicks, if you're on the highest setting. So it doesn't bother me at all, really. I usually have it on the lowest setting so it's three clicks when I turn it on and one to turn it off. If you want to change from the lower setting to a higher one, that's where you may have a half-second of annoyance while you turn it off and then turn it on to cycle to that setting you wanted that was probably only one setting higher than the one you had it on but you now had to click four times to get there. It cycles quickly, though, so you don't have to worry about that push-wait-push-wait-push-wait thing. It is click-click-click-done.--It does not have a wide rim around the warmer plate at the top -- it's only 3/16" (I measured). So when you are pushing the button, you're probably stabilizing the thing by putting your pointer finger on the rim, and you have to be careful not to put your finger on the plate while pressing the button to turn it off. I have small hands and fingers (and a crocheted coaster on top of it), so this has not been too big of an issue for me either.CAUTIONS:--If you have small children around (I have grandkids who visit), you may not want to leave this plugged in where they can reach it or get to it, since it does get quite hot and could burn them -- and it's VERY EASY to turn it on if they can push a button, and they have a 50/50 shot at pushing the right one. It starts out at the highest temp - 170F - and warms up in under a minute - so it CAN burn them. Make sure you unplug it if you're not right there to supervise the area.--Not sure I want to try my favorite Tervis cup on this thing. It might melt. I need to look up the temps/warnings for Tervis cups. Works GREAT with large mugs (mine are between 10-16 oz I believe), including thicker ones like stoneware mugs and thinner "normal" china mugs. I would not use it with a metal mug or vacuum-sealed metal cup like a Contigo, probably, but there's probably no harm in trying it as long as you have a hot mat to pick up your Contigo with just in case LOL. Would it heat through the vacuum insulation of the Contigo? Probably. As well as through stoneware? idk.--Thinner mugs definitely get hotter, so be careful if your mug is dainty and you like your coffee piping hot. The mug will also be very hot. Pick one whose handle you can trust to not heat up like the rest of the cup.--Some people will not like the size of this thing. It is HUGE for just a coffee cup, but I LOVE that about it. I don't have to look over at it to put my cup on it (peripheral vision is enough). It can heat up one of my large soup mugs because it is so wide and effective a warmer. If you don't have 6-8" of space on your desk for it, though, you probably won't like it. The warming plate itself is 4 3/4" in diameter; the base of it is 6 1/8" in diameter (it slopes outward from the warming plate with that 3/16" rim down to the wider width of the full base). Keep in mind that it gets hot enough that you don't want your computer cord or any other electrical cord or plastic things where they can accidentally fall onto the warming plate while it is on. The sides do not get hot in my experience so you don't have to worry about that part -- but mine is right near my computer's power cord and some USB ports, so I have it situated so the cords are held firmly and tautly above it by 6" and can't accidentally get bumped over onto it or fall onto it.

I like to drink my coffee hot and out of a china or ceramic mug. I don’t want to use a plastic or metal insulated container. Keeping it hot meant repeated trips to the microwave. This little hot plate keeps my beverage piping hot, just what i want. It also has a timer and automatic shut off so i don’t have to worry about burning my house down.

I've owned crappy big box store brands before, so I can confidently say this is the upgraded mug warmer I have been searching for. I spent a long time browsing listings before I chose this one, and after using it for awhile now, all I can say is I want to buy one for every room in the house!! As you can see from the photo, the surface is large enough to fit my really big mug, and the warmer heats the concave ceramic bottom just fine. I like the hottest temperature but the medium temperature is good too. I never need to use the timer shutoff feature, because the auto off safety feature does it job so well. However, my absolute favorite feature is the gravity on/off, it makes the entire process so much easier than it already was. I know that if I set my empty mug down off the warmer, the warmer is off. Thank you so much, Kepwarm, for the awesome product!! It's made such a difference to calm and slow my mornings. I don't feel rushed to drink my coffee, and I'm not constantly getting up in the middle of my work stride to reheat the cup in the microwave. So happy.

when I say that this is fantastic. I love coffee, but it often gets cold before I finish it. I love that I can set this on low to keep my coffee warm. If I do inadvertently forget to turn this on and my coffee gets cold, I can turn it on medium or high to warm it back up.Delivery was quick and the quality is good and price is reasonable.Overview…° convenience of this is good with a cord that is long enough to reach a floor outlet° effectiveness is great with three temps to keep coffee warm or reheat it° price was reasonable° quality is good
