I love this! I had a different coffee warmer, but I have a lot of mugs that don't fit on the burner. I liked that this one had a completely flat top so almost any size would work. I was concerned when I got it that since only the part that heats up is the area inside the ring my drink wouldn't stay hot, but it does. It works really well and it cost me significantly less than my other one.

This keeps my coffee warm all day 4 hrs at a time. Before I could only have a few sips before it was cold and esp in winter it is sooo nice to have the whole cup hot. I have 14-16 oz cups too. It has three settings for heat the hottest is almost too hot, the middle is perfect for me and when the cup gets low the lowest works fine. I eat on the coffee table and it’ll even keep my plate of food warm if dinner is interrupted. My table is solid wood so I have a silicone mat under it and a trivet as it gets very warm under it and I didn’t want the finish hurt on the table. Not sure if it would -just a precaution. It wouldn’t be safe to leave where kids or pets could get to it. It turns itself off after four hours but as it’s so hot I turn it off when done.

This mug warmer is great. There is just something nice about using a mug instead of having to use a metal insulated cup all the time. Especially with winter coming I can snuggle up with a warm blanket and hold my nice warm mug without having to risk my drink going cold.It's a nice size that doesn't take up too much space. The first mug I used was large and the warmer couldn't keep up the heat in that one as well with the extra volume but once I drank almost half of it then it was able to keep it warm. You do have to swirl your cup now and then to mix in the warmer part of the drink at the bottom but I don't have an issue with that.The first temp of my coffee was 130 when I first put it on the warmer.After 10 minutes it was 125After 20 minutes it was 123After 30 minutes it was 122My coffee would have already been very cold by now and it's still plenty warm.

I bought one around 5 years ago and used it 3 or 4 times a day. Finally, it stopped. They heat up fast with three settings. I know it's going to work flawlessly for years to come so I bought another. I'm making a desk clock out of the old one.

It has 3 settings. I use it on high,until my cup is less than half full. Then I turn it down 1 setting. Keeps my tea nice.

I love that I have a choice of temperatures for my coffee and it will shut off after 4 hours in case I forget.

I really like the size, I use large mugs. I bought one from a different vendor with a different product and even though it said it was for large cups, the edge of the base of the mug was bigger than that one. That's one of the reasons I bought this one. My mugs are 4 1/4" diameter and this one fits just right. This one also provides more heat than the other one. My main complaint is that the Bright Black model is the one ordered and is the one that advertises that it has the "gravity" switch to turn it off when you remove the mug. It says it has it in both the Amazon web page AND IN THE MANUAL THAT CAME WITH IT. But alas, there is no 'gravity' switch and it does not turn on or off with the removal or replacement of the mug. What I have found is that the other, much smaller, and wouldn't fit my mugs, is the one that has the gravity switch even though it does not say anywhere in the description of that model (Black) that it has that feature! It's not a deal breaker for me as I needed the bigger area for my bigger mugs. But, if you have big mugs and want that "auto off when you lift the mug, this is NOT the mug warmer for you! Look at the photos that other customers have posted. You'll see a picture or two that has a little ball on the bottom of the unit. That is the "gravity" switch and is only on the smaller "Black" mug heater. Then look at the pictures of the bottom of the "Bright Black" bottom, you won't see any such thing. Can't really blame the sellers as they were probably just copying the description that is in the instruction sheet that comes from the factory.
