This is a really good training collar. Despite its softness, it actually does the job of controlling pull much better than the flimsier collars I've tried before. My dog pulls less without coughing or choking like he sometimes does with thinner collars. Makes our walks enjoyable. True to size, nice color pattern. Great stuff.

This product arrived exactly as described. Easily adjusted for a proper fit, reflective for running in the evening. The color was brught yellow (as ordered), and easy to use. This is a durable collar with an excellent fit. Highly recommend this light-weight collar.

I have 2 other collars and 4 harnesses by Comfort flex. I love the material of these, they are soft but strong. They are easy to adjust the sizing so it slips on & off quick and easy. I get the small size and they are a good width so it's not too narrow for the little guys. The color options are nice as well. Definitely recommend these.

Update (10/10/13): I still have this thing and it's as solid and and stylish as the day I got it. It wears well, no threads popping or anything. Everything about it kicks serious tail.Thank you to the nice folks at PetPDC--your collar is legit.-----------------------------I have a Great Dane, and a particularly excitable one (he's still growing out of being a puppy). We tend to be perfectly good with walks, and he's very well behaved--but still, he tends to dart and pull when we're in relaxed and familiar places to either smell something or meet someone new.We've tried a few collars, and my concerns with them have always been four things:First, is it responsive for those times when it needs to be? Some of our collar experiments were not (I got a nice two-inch one that looked great, but it didn't really communicate to him when I wanted him to stop short or not pull). Second, is it safe? Many choke collars I vetoed because as big as he is, what I want is gentle pressure--not choking. Third, is it recognizable? He's black and huge, and it can be hard to see him at night, so I wanted something with a great contrast color and (hopefully) some reflector material. Fourth, of course, is it stylish and high-quality? Because I love my dog and I want him to look his best (and I want something robust).This collar is all of those things. First one I've bought that's that way.The yellow one looks fantastic on him, really stands out. The reflector stripes are easily seen at night. The padding makes it super comfortable for him and the slip on it is enough so when he's lounging around he isn't restricted but when we walk and he pulls, he feels that tension around his neck a bit. The materials seem to be great quality, too. I'll update in some months to see how it wears, but nothing about it's construction seems cheap. Good stitching, very solid ring.I /absolutely/ recommend this. We got the Large size (Danes are huge, but I imagine the XL is for bigger-necked Mastiffs or whatnot)... it's perfect. When we go for walks, now, he absolutely "gets it".Buy this. You won't be disappointed.

The padding was okay but it didn't look well constructed. I won't even speak to the materials because I didn't pay that much attention to the rest of it because it looked awful cheap.

I have purchased 4 of these in the past & love them - this one arrived defective but I missed return window because of personal reasons - however I am placing another order as this is a fabulous collar, works as it should, and is more gentle on the dog than any collar I have ever owned - great product!

It's so soft that my dog chokes herself and doesn't stop. lol. I had to stop using as soon as I started, but it would be great for a normal dog (my dog is insane). Obviously very well made and I like the padding. Hoping she'll be able to graduate to this after the head harness...

Used these for years. I like to widen it to get it on and off but tighten it once it's on. Two fingers max under the collar with the martingale strap pulled almost all the way. Wide enough to be gentle on the neck when he pulls but secure so he can't back out of it (unless you leave it too loose). No pressure when the martingale strap is relaxed. They seem to last forever.
