Suki was never too wild during our walks, she just acted like we should be jogging instead! Now we walk at a prefect pace and she is still really comfortable in the collar. No fuss about putting it on, it is a perfect training tool!Easy to adjust, quite durable and works great!Highly recommended

It was easy to adjust and put on and worked great. My dad’s dog pulled terribly and he’s 77 so I wanted him to have something he could use to keep his dog from dragging him around. They said the collar works great and his dog doesn’t pull with this collar.

Got two of these for my two new previously stray dogs who are both untrained on the leash and in the case of the husky mix, can be slightly reactive to other dogs and they both aren’t the best listeners if there are a lot of distractions around. This collar is an amazing tool to get the dog’s attention with very little effort. They both walk amazing in it, like angels. A great value prong collar, however is obviously no Herm Sprenger. Even fitted properly this collar slips down the dog’s neck to the part of the neck you don’t want a prong at. This I'd say is due to the fact that you can’t adjust the prongs to the same degree you can a HS for instance, and the rubber coverings might add to the collar not staying in place. I get past the slipping by having a very wide collar on the husky which itself prevents slipping, and the pit gets walked in a short enough leash to basically keep the lead over her head which will help against slipping. I really like the durability of this leash, it’s perfect for its price, just has a slipping issue. This is the perfect collar if you’re curious to see if your dog would walk better in a prong.

I purchased this for short term use while I'm in between hip replacement surgeries. I needed to walk my dog into training classes and event spaces while I still have one sore hip. It has helped moderate her pulling and is acceptable for use in barn hunt. I only gave 4 stars because it tends to stretch out a bit with use and I have to make sure it's adjusted properly each time I use it, but that's minor. I'm looking forward to not having to use it when I'm fully recovered, but it's very helpful right now!

From the outside, it looks like a normal collar and your dog looks well behaved. My dog understood the assignment after I put it on her and instantly stopped pulling. She doesn’t yelp or cry at all and it fit perfectly. She is a 1 year old GSP and weighs 50lbs and the Medium is perfect for her.

Really like how well the collar works with just a simple snap!

We got a "New to us" dog a while ago. While he loves to go on walks, he's a tad big and strong. It's been a battle to get him to walk without pulling on this grandmom's arm. AFter trying many suggestions from YouTube clips, I finally and reluctantly decided to try a prong collar. I was hesitant at first not wanting to inflict pain on our dao. Much to my relief and surprise, he responded quickly and now we are enjoying walks with very little pulling. WHen he does pull, I immediately change direction and after a few of these corrections, we are happily strolling down the street with both of us enjoying the walk.

I have tried over eight different pronged collars on my German Pointer who pulls hardcore towards birds. He is 75 lbs with a prey drive that can very difficult to manage. This collar is quality with adjustable length, small prongs and a clip that locks. So far, this collar has been the best on I have found that does not choke him or hurt him while helping me temper his prey drive. I swear the downtown Seattle pigeons taunt him and this collar has made our daily walks safer!

Works good for a 170 lb Great Dane that I rescued and was a fairly big puller initially. Easy to get on and off and I like that it combines the prong type collar but also is adjustable.I find that it does loosen eventually but as he is no longer such a savage on walks it’s more extra insurance for me walking a dog that weighs more than me.The coverage and reflection is also great. Great for walks at night but also doesn’t look as intimidating.

One of my main reasons for picking this model over others is that it's not shiny, a casual observer has no idea that it's a prong collar when on. Works great. Tested on myself and my dog, the covered prongs don't hurt. I don't use it much anymore because I know my dog dislikes it, but it did help with the pulling.

This is the first time I have needed a prong collar for a dog. I struggled with what they looked like and getting stink eye from people when I was out with her. The first one I got was a traditional one and it looked bad and tangled in her hair terribly. My dog is an Aussie so the neck hair is quite long. I needed one I could clip on versus over the head. This looked like the perfect answer and it is. Looks great, easy to use and it works.

I did my homework on the concept of what this style of collar does and now understand how it works. The prongs mimic the mothers jaw/teeth and in dog language this corrects negative behaviour. I love that the prongs have a rubber cap on them and the metal isn't directly in contact with my dog. Since using this collar, my dog no longer pulls and I can control him much better when he see's another animal he wants to chase/attack.I would highly recommend this collar as a tool to help make your walks much more enjoyable.
