Works great. It’s been three months now and no frost. And now I get ice cream that’s hard. This has been a good buy so far. Arrived packed well and undamaged. I waited two days before plugging in just to be safe. The 5-cubic foot size is perfect for a single person

This is the 3rd freezer I had sent to me.. 1st two were smaller from a different company, they both vibrated and rattled very loud when running.. sent them back.This one is sooo quiet, had to put my ear up to it to make sure it was running. It's taller but glad, it has more room for the meat I get on sale!! It was in super condition. No scratches or dents. 🌞👠👠👠👠ðŸ‘

Freezer stopped working 4 months from when delivered. Been told multiple things by warranty service company. First being they will deliver a replacement in 7 to 10 days and take the old freezer. Over two weeks later no freezer, no call, no email. Had to reach out, they claimed they sent an email with directions. Requested for email to be resent. Which stated they will not take the old freezer that is on us to get rid of, but they want proof of purchase, label off back and to cut plug off and send it to listed address in email and once they get it they will send a freezer. Getting conflicting information and not comfortable with new direction. Requested clarification as to why, no email reply, no return call for over a week. Had to call back yet again. Was told our case number I gave two times was not the correct case number, only to give phone number and was told the "correct" case number which was the EXACT case number I gave her. So I will be sending this required items, but it will be registered mail that someone WILL sign for. I am not having them come back and say they never got it. Think strongly before buying!

It gets a little too cold even on the warmest setting. Everything is DEFINITELY frozen, so that’s good- but freezer burn is definitely something you’d want to watch out for.I keep mine in a laundry room, so it isn’t really seen by company or anything- but it has several dents as other people said theirs did too. If that would bother you, I wouldn’t get this. If it’s out of view, not a big problem.

This upright freezer is fantastic, it's the perfect size & if your older like we are it much easier to access than a chest freezer. Love that it has 5 shelves & doesn't take up as much space as our small chest freezer. We had did pricing locally at national retail stores and the cheapest we found was $550, so this is a fantastic deal!!!
